Graduated in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona (University of Barcelona) in 1976. Member of the Il-lustre Col-legi d’Advocats de Barcelona (Barcelona Bar Association) and Magistrate currently on voluntary leave.

His thirty years of experience in legal aspects have allowed him to be in charge of different positions within the judicial area for twenty years. Today and for the last ten years, he has practiced freely as a lawyer. Part of her work experience before the creation of Bel Advocats was in the law firm Uría Menéndez y Jiménez de Parga Abogados.

Since the beginning of his professional career he has dedicated himself to private law and criminal law.

He has also taught Civil Law at the Universitat de Barcelona and Commercial Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He has also taught procedural law at the Police Academy of Catalonia. Currently, he is only engaged in the legal profession.

In addition to that, he has also written articles for several legal journals. Some of his articles and publications are: “Sanctions in the Penal Code of 1995” (“Penises in the Penal Code of 1995”), “Legal protection for children” (“Legal protection of minors”); and the unpublished “Responsibility in the Insolvency Law”.
