MONTSERRAT SABATÉ
Degree in Law by the Universitat de Barcelona (University of Barcelona) in 2001.
As a member of the Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona (Barcelona Bar Association) since 2001, she started her professional career in the Administration Law Department of the law firm Gay Vendrell Advocats Associats. In 2003 and until 2008, she became associate lawyer of the firm Jiménez de Parga Lawyers, Barcelona. She joined Bel Advocats in January 2009 as partner and professional Lawyer.
All over her professional exercise, she has been performing an intense professional activity for Public Administrations and private clients in the fields of Urban Planning and Zoning, local Law, procurement and wealth liability of Public Administration bodies. Moreover, she has managed several Administration dispute appeals as a lawyer highlighting also her current assignment as legal advisor for the company Barcelona Sagrera Alta Velocitat, S.A.
