Raquel Nieto Monferrer
Member of BEL ADVOCATS since 2017 of the Department of Criminal Law and Private Law, he graduated in Law in 2009 from the Universidad Jaume I de Castellón de la Plana, after studying the last year of training at Pompeu Fabra University.
Collegiate at the Il-lustre Col-legi d’Advocats de Barcelona (ICAB) since 2010, she specialized in criminal law with the «Master in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences», coordinated by the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University, as well as with academic courses iCAB on «Jury Court», «Gender Violence», «Jurisdiction of Minors» and «Prison Law», dedicating most of their professional career to continued study and deepening in this branch of law.
Also, during her career, she has gained knowledge and experience in the field of criminal compliance and has served as a lawyer of the ICAB’s Shift of Office.
